In the summer of 2009 the BCP production team spent a very hot week in Kuwait, documenting the new Excelerate Energy Mina Al-Ahmadi GasPort®. The state-of-the-art dockside LNG regasification facility allows the handling of 500 million cubic feet of natural gas per day with minimal onshore infrastructure — resulting in a shorter completion time and lower construction costs. Temperatures reached as high as 122 degrees! The video was shown at the World Gas Conference in Buenos Aires, Argentina in late Fall of that year.
